Returns & Refunds

We follow a no return policy since we work on made to order basis. 

However, returns might be possible in case the received product appears damaged.

Although Every item is dispatched after a thorough quality check and the chances of receiving a damaged product are very unlikely. However, we cannot guarantee how the package is handled at the time of delivery. If you receive an item that appears to have been tampered with please send us photographs of the same as soon as you receive the product we will try our best to either replace the item for you. In case we are unable to replace the item due to any reason we shall refund your amount back to you.

Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within the first 48 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order you can reach us directly at tffstoreonline@gmail.com. Once the order has been cancelled, the refund process shall be initiated.
