Asha Kumar is a women’s wear clothing label based out of Mumbai, India that works on made to order basis. This system helps in achieving the perfect fit for each customer and ensuring high end quality of every product.

Founded in 2021, “Asha Kumar” organically developed from a styling blog named “1000 Forms of Fashion” by designer Asha Kumar that focused on dressing for distinct body types. Together with her daughters Ankolika and Akshala, Asha founded the company keeping in mind the uniqueness of each woman and her many versions. 

The brand Asha Kumar is heavily influenced by the designer's artistic sensibilities in painting through hand painted Indian art such as floral patterns, Madhubani motifs and use of tasteful textile patterns and colour combinations that are made in classic Indian and Western silhouettes. The garments are bespoke, designed with intention and rooted in the principles of slow fashion. Every fabric is chosen with care to ensure quality and a luxurious feel as well as focusing on integrating sustainability so that fashion can be durable and intentional while being expressive.
